First of all me, Ollie and Sam tried the cricket where you had to do catching against a rebounder, batting and trying to hit targets and throwing as hard as you could (with a machine that monitored how fast you threw in miles per hour). We then watched some of the canoe slalom after which me and Ollie went off to try canoeing in the sparkling sea (It was really fun and very exciting). We got quite wet and we had a great time, but afterwards my wrists were killing me. After we had finished we went back to the beach and then had an ice cream.
